  From past experience, when I've call or gone in to pay for my order I also get a very sour attitude from the same girl every time. Today my husband called in a order for delivery around 12. was told 25-30 minutes until it would get to our house( we live less them 2 miles away) at 1 still NO food! called to see how much longer and got the same nasty response so he asked to cancel the order and his refund was told no and was hung up on! So when I called to see what was going on I asked to speak with a manager and when they answered I was they were speaking and when I asked her what the deal was she said they canceled his order and no refund would be given. If it was going to be such an inconvenience to have it delivered we would of picked it up ourselves, but were in the middle of doing things. So when we went down there to get our refund again like always we we're treated with the NASTIEST attitude from the staff. Walking out from this "business" the driver called asking where we were, because they finally arrived over 45 mins LATE!!!!
  
  NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM NAPOLEON PIZZA WE WILL GIVE OUR BUSINES TO SOMEONE WHO CAN TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!
